Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 3-6 business days to process your order for U.S. products, and 6-11 business days for overseas products. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped and is on its way and you will also receive a second email notification once your order has been delivered. 

SUPPORTED REGIONS:

Currently, we only ship products to all fifty states in the United States of America and Washington D.C.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight. Please see the table below for rates:

0.6 lb or less	$5.00
Over 0.6 lb and up to 1.0 lb	$7.00
Over 1.0 lb and up to 5.0 lb	$11.00
Over 5.0 lb	$16.00

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spearmint LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN SHIPMENTS:

Requests to return an item must be initiated within 7 days after delivery of all items in the order, and must be shipped back within 7 days after submission of return request in order to qualify for a full refund. If you received a split package delivery, the return window will begin from the date and time that the final package was delivered. If a return request is initiated and/or the item is shipped after this window, the order will not qualify for a full refund. 

The shipping and handling charges incurred are non-refundable and the return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility, with the exception being that the item arrived in a damaged condition or there was a shipping error.
