Refund policy
We accept items that meet the following criteria:
- Item is unworn
- Item has its original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label
Requests to return an item must be initiated within 7 days after delivery of all items in the order, and must be shipped back within 7 days after submission of return request in order to qualify for a full refund. If you received a split package delivery, the return window will begin from the date and time that the final package was delivered. If a return request is initiated and/or the item is shipped after this window, the order will not qualify for a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are returned but don't meet the criteria stated above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may not accept the entire return.
The shipping and handling charges incurred are non-refundable and the return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility, with the exception being that the item arrived in a damaged condition or there was a shipping error.
Canceling an Order
You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, but this is not guaranteed.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@spearmintllc.com within 24 hours after placing your order and we will proceed to cancel it or notify you if your order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, then you will need to initiate a return per the below procedure and it will be subjected to our standard return policies.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@spearmintllc.com. You'll also need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@spearmintllc.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include a photo(s) of the item(s) in your email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. See below for the categories that are non-returnable:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Final sale items
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different item, please return the original item per our return policy and then separately purchase the new item that you would like.
Refunds
Please allow us 5-7 business days from our receipt of the returned package to process the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@spearmintllc.com.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
